I have it. But I havent had the time to use it. For those who have it, yay or nah? What features do you enjoy most? Most productive features?
Scrolling between pages got sexier. Problem? It only works on Safari (among web browsers). So until Chrome can do it, I'm not happy, haha. But other than that, the launchpad is pretty neat (though I personally don't need it because all the apps I need are on the bottom of my screen). Also the autosaving should be a useful thing when I'm writing reports. Overall, it's not too special. If you want to see for yourself, this basically covers the main new features. No wonder that wasnt working in Chrome! Im not much for Safari. Thanks for the video. Ive been doing some reading. I missed the autosave part. Very awesome. Thanks.
I'm sure Chrome will come out with an update sooner rather than later. For the time being, I went to the settings and changed the back and forth page scrolling from "scrolling across with 2 fingers" to "Swiping across with 3 fingers." By doing so you can still go back a page in Chrome like you could before. Before I did this I kept switching to different apps instead of going back a page.
Ive had time to mess around and I REALLY enjoy it. Its so much easier. Still trying to get used to it. My wifes going to be very confused when she gets on my MacbookPro. She has no idea I downloaded lion and im not going to tell her lol
Fucking yah like a giant fucking yah. Lion's the sexiest Mac OS yet. I'm still using Chrome - Safari's ehhh but I LOVE the full screen 3-finger swipe thing
Windows fan says: I read that it is a minimalist update and will start a trend of minimalist OS updates, and from what I've seen that sounds about right.
