Papercut, hands down. Theres just so much incorporated into it. HT era videos (for the most part) hit the creativity bell that most, post HT, couldn't quite match. Albeit, I'm pretty fond of BTH and WFTE.

 

What I've Done is still my favorite. Such a powerful video.

 

iridiscent soudns pretty awesome.

Papercut and Faint both are insanely good. And the best part is that they both feel like they are one with the song... unlike the MTM/ATS videos which feel oddly disconnected from the songs themselves.
