Joe Hahn Teases New Music Video On Twitter

    With the video just recently released for "Burning In The Skies" (Linkin Park's european/international single), Linkin Park DJ Joseph Hahn has already began to hype up the band's next video on his twitter, suggesting that the US followup to "Waiting For The End" may be announced sooner than we think. Below is Joe's latest tweet:

    "Weather is good, might be a good week to shoot a music video".

    While this in no way confirms that Joe is directing a video for Linkin Park, the fact that the last US single came out last year suggests that the band may be recording the video for their next single, to complete it before they go back on tour this summer.

    We will keep you posted as more information is available.

    Haha, good old Joe Hahn being his usual secretive self. To be honest, he was probably just musing the idea rather than hinting towards an actual video shoot. However, he did tweet 30 minutes ago in the same vein saying:

    "weather is nice today. Feeling optimistic."

    ...so who knows? I know Dave said he's off to Haiti tomorrow, so it's not like the band are free the whole week. Anyway, will be interesting to see how the next video turns out, and in fact, which single it will be. Everything points towards Iridescent though to be fair, so I'm about 90% confident it will be that.

    Although I don't put a lot of merit in stickers having the correct singles, this comparison with A Thousand Suns and the newly released A Thousand Suns+ speak for themselves. They've added Burning In The Skies to the ATS+ "Featured Songs" list and Iridescent is still there, along with Waiting For The End and The Catalyst. I'll be pleasantly surprised if it turns out to be anything other than Iridescent at this point.

    It's only the 3rd US single. BITS was released outside of the US.

    Cool, all clues point to Iridescent as the next single. As it sound be. I hope the music vid will be perfect for the song. Joe's got a lot riding on this one after the reaction BITS had xD

    I think that Iridescent was on the sticker only because it was mentioned in the LPTV episode before the album was released. But then again, there are WFTE and BITS on the sticker, so...
    But would be a good thing if they release a bit heavier song like W&K for change.

    Iridescent as the next single is so predictable. I hope to God they take the more daring option and go with WTCFM.

    I wonder how many forum lurkers saw that the news post says "Joe Hahn teases new music..." and assumed the worst. I'd hope it's a lot. That'd be hilarious.

    For the next single it would interesting to see Wretches and Kings, When They Come For Me or Blackout then Iridescent as the last single. When They Come For Me would make for one crazy video.
