in 2006 after i graduated from high sch., right away, i got accepted into Lincoln University. We decided to keep on looking and did some more school applications and searched for the schools that have disability services. There wasnt any school that i really wanted to go to really. I just wanted to get that going away experience. so firstly, i got accepted into Florissant Valley comm. coll. to get all of my pre classes done and then i graduated from there in Fall 2009. I graduated with i think 68 credit hrs. i went to Flo for 3yrs. and got accepted into 4schools at that time: Lincoln U., Drury U., UMKC and Maryville U. it was probably bc i had so many credit hours Then i went on to UMKC. I went there for 2 semesters and left there with 85 credit hrs. Now im at UMSL with 85 credit hrs. after the meeting thing to get schedules...my credit hrs. has decreased to about 70 something but i need like 120 credit hrs. to graduate with. so for right now, i am a Junior in my last semester. Then next semester, ill be counted as a Senior Just one more step closer to graduating from College, officially. with a few bumps on the road--since i changed my major, i have to take 2Big tests= CBASE & Praxis. itll be a knocker. im sure ill do fine, first time.
Went to school, did ok but still underachieved, finished, for various reasons didn't want to go to university after a year off, still don't. Probably won't go for at least a year or two longer if ever.
Still a Sophomore in High School. I'm taking a lot of Advanced Placement classes though and I'm well on my way to a 4 year college (probably a Big Ten school).
oh for the disability that i have its a speech and language impairment. that explains why i have trouble saying what i mean and im slow at stuff, but eventually, i catch up like piano. at first piano class, i was really lost and slow esp. with learning the fingering number thing and playing with left and right hand at same time with different rhythms and chords... & i was born naturally left handed and my parents made me use my right hand to turn into its dominance. i think thats one of the reasons why i had trouble playing with both hands at same time. now im good and excelente at it i passed with a B...next few classes later i passed with A's and a B%. i kept practicing at it and now im all caught up!
I graduated from University last year. Now I'm the boss. edit: Wow, 5001th post. I really am the boss.
I graduated from University last year with a Law degree. At Law School now, should be finished next year.
Yeah it is fun. All I have to do is hop up out of my bed, turn my swag on, take a look in the mirror and say 'what's up?' a couple of times and go make money.
2007 - Graduated high school. 2008 - Charles Sturt University, Wagga - double degree in photography and graphic design. 2009 - .......
Completed high school in 2009, then went onto and am studying a double degree in business/sport and outdoor recreation at Monash University.
Awesome! I'm considering exploring that route. I'm take a couple Java classes next year based on how much I enjoyed my computer science class. Fun stuff.
