OUT OF GRAMMY FROM THE START!!

    What are the eligibility requirements?
For the 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards, albums must be released between Oct. 1, 2008 and August 31, 2009. Recordings must be in general distribution in the United States, i.e. sales by label to a branch or recognized independent distributor, via the Internet, or mail order/retail sales for a nationally marketed product.

So this time the album was released in september ...so linkin park was not even in the the grammy's....WHY DID THEY RELEASE IT THEN???

Linkin Park do not release their albums to coincide with any award show deadlines. They release their albums on their own time. LP might be nominated for next years awards. Keyword being: might. The Grammy's have snubbed them before.
