Cease what you're doing. Think back.

    Remember.

What kind of person were you 10 or so years ago? What was important to you when you were in your early teens and what changes have you made to yourself. What surprises awaiting you? Do you like yourself more now than you did then or is it the opposite. Are you more or less mature, confident, arrogant?

Just compare yourself now to when you were in middle school*

I was the ultimate shy/weird kid in my pre-teen days.

I'm much more confident and easy-going now, not so uptight about everything. I do catch myself becoming cocky in some situations, though, but I always check my self with a "Yo, chill the fuck out with this"

Well, I was 16. I was more of a fucking train wreck. I was a fucking crazy kid. I learned to control my temper a little bit more. Im still as random and unpredictable as I was when I was 16. Back then I didnt pay attention to anything. I was on a path of constant partying. Thought I was invincible. Very social, still am. Ive just done things that you wouldnt even believe. Dated 12 million girls. Was a ladies man, now married. Haha

My personal life then pulled me into Linkin Parks music as the lyrics captured my angst.

Ohh and I was in high school not middle school

I was 9. I liked Star Wars and Spider-Man a lot and Nightcrawler was my favourite X-Man. I was pretty cool.

I learnt that being "Goth" was only another form of conformity and with that idealism I wasn't achieving anything, that was when I finished high school. But I do think I'm more mature - having Mia opened a bigger opportunity for me to see the world as not as a bunch of my friends but a bigger responsibility. In high school, I didn't really fit in. Every "popular" girl made fun of me, got into fights a lot and did a lot of stuff that I now regret (like running away from home).

I was 6, and also enjoyed Star Wars. However my favourite cartoon was possibly TRANSFORMERS BEAST WARS.

I was 12. Pretty much the same person I am now, just way less confident back then.
