    Is there no easy way to see how many units have been sold?
    Just want to know how it is doing compared to previous albums. ;)

    Only if you have a subscription to a sales reporting service.

    As far as I know, the album hasn't even gone gold in the U.S.

    I'd put the estimate for US sales around 375,000 - 400,000 units shipped.
