Easier To Run Live

I don't understand why LP never play this song live, I know so many people who find this song amazing and it really is one of their most epic songs, this and breaking the habit fit with their new A Thousand Suns style really well in my opinion.
Easier To Run is an amazing song!

 

Easier to Run live actually isn't that good IMO. The studio version is amazing, yes, but the band never really captured the song that well live. I'm glad they've thrown it in the trash.

 

Easier to Run is amazing, but I don't think Chester is able to perform it as good as he used to, therefore they don't play it.

 

I love that song, studio and live.

To be honest, E2R hasn't had much of a chance to be a pontetialy good live song.

They played it like what? 1 or 2 times max? and that was waaaaaay back in 2003. Over SEVEN years ago.

LP have greatly improved since then as a "live" band and are alot tighter than they used to be. I'm sure if they gave the song another chance now it could be quite an impressive live track. Like you said, it would fit with the MTM+ATS songs very well. I don't see why not?

 

I've always seen it more as a "we need another Crawling."

 

The chance of playing easier to run on this tour is very slim.

However I'd like to hear it.
