I know exactly what you mean. The Crawling demo is a good example of this in the bridge. I love that part so much lol. Anyway, I'm really excited about this album. I'm one of those people who absolutely love LP (not trying to say I'm a "supahfan" or whatever lol) but I loved HT and Meteora. I know LP could have done more and better things on some of their projects, but I still love everything they do and I'm sure this album will not dissapoint.

Or... we COULD have more remixes, and you don't HAVE to listen to em if you don't want.

Damn right! Bring on the remixes now, they can fill the void that'll last untill the new album drops.

You guys, just because Rob said there will be some softer piano based songs, doesn't mean there won't be screaming. Maybe Rob's talking about one or two songs at the most? I was in the LPU chat. Same as Chester and Phoenix.

IF LP wants to be smart, they will put more then 11 tracks + an instrumental. I think 15-16 songs + 2 instrumentals would be a good number.

The news we've been getting about the new album has been less then clear. Each time we get something new, it's different, but I must point out that each member has said something. They all have different views on the music and will word it their own way. Taking everything we've heard so far, the album will have some dark and spooky songs, some melodic songs, some soft piano based songs, and the usual LP style we've all come to know and love.

People, please read my words carefully: Do not take to heart every letter of what the band says, they don't even have the final tracks laid out yet. They are still working hard to please themselves. When that has happened they will try to please us.

    That was my question :D

Hahninator1: Hey Rob, great to talk to you. I was wondering when the new LP song from the Machine Shop Mixtape will drop. Any information? Thanks!

rbourdon: We attempted to go into the studio for a day and the song turned out a disaster. Right now we're focusing on our new album, but later on we'll focus on re-writing that.

Okay, that post was totally pointless.
