Oh shit, someone finally agreed with your opinion! Stop the presses! I consider it a studio album. Hell, the band says it might as well be a studio album. And it's better than everything they've put out aside from ATS.

Reanimation doesn't have the same lyrics, nor the same riffs. And Pushing Me Away and Numb are closer to being exactly the same than PMA and it's remix.
Reanimation is the first remix album by American rock band Linkin Park as a follow-up to their first studio album, Hybrid Theory and released on 30 July 2002. ^it says remix album, and besides it fits the definition of a remix album no matter how much you dislike Meteora, it is still a Studio Album
Wikipedia is the end-all of arguments. It's honestly less of a remix album. It's a bit of both. There's a fair bit of new content in the form of new choruses, different verses and new instrumentals. It doesn't fit the mold of a spic and span "remix album" at all. You don't bring the whole band in the record new music for a remix album.
Meteora is good, not as good as HT but still good, Reanimation is LP's worst album, and once again: it's not a studio album.
Really? Because this is how my scorecard looks: ATS > Reanimation > HT = MTM > Everything else including castration and feeding first-born to wolves > Meyeora
eh, yes you are right. It's not a normal remix album. But if it was a studio album, LP would still play songs from it Live. You can call it a studio album if you want, But I still call it a remix album. I know I'll get flamed as well for this, but finally someone who likes Reanimation the worst. Back in 2010, when I Joined LPL, it was a shock to me that people who like Reanimation the least was rare to find. I also agree that it is the worst from them. Yes, it has some great songs but I think it is their worst.
Meteora is by far the worst album. Reanimation is by far the second best album. (The second half of MTM is at eye level of Renimation. Sadly the first half of MTM is far behind)
I think every album should have their own Intro/Opener (and Outro). That makes it unique. It would be weird if two albums have the same one, so I think there should be an Intro and an Outro. Also, I think it doesn't make really sense to order and select the songs by the position in the tracklist of their album. But I assume that's part of the game, so I'll just do it... [Intro] Papercut The Radiance Burning In The Skies Empty Spaces When They Come For Me Easier To Run Faint In The End Blackout Wretches And Kings In Pieces The Little Things Give You Away Fallout Breaking The Habit KRWLNG My December [Outro] These are not necessarily my favorites, but I think they fit well in the context of the album. Maybe a bit too much of A Thousand Suns, but it's hard for me to rip them apart and put them without the Interludes. Here's a mix a made before this thread.
