Lupe Fiasco "Animal Pharm" and Upcoming (as in a long time) Album

    I didn't find out about this until recently, as it's two weeks old news, but Lupe Fiasco has released a new track entitled "Animal Pharm." And it's pretty deep.

    Lupe's lyrics on this song are ridiculous, strife with societal allusions. You'll need RapGenius to get through it.

    Finally, I thought we'd discuss our expectations for "Tetsuo and Youth." I'm honestly hoping for a cyberpunk/cold electronic feel to it (collab with Mike Shinoda?) and more intricate instrumentation, unlike some of the stuff on F&L II (e.g. ITAL).

    I like the song.. heard it a week back.

    As for the album, I'm keeping my expectations low. As much as I think Lupe is talented, he really hasn't done anything worthwhile since The Cool. LASERS was shit and so was the majority of TGARA. Also, it's hard getting excited for his projects now that he keeps changing album titles and everything album-related every few months.
