UT2004

Anybody play it?

*just wondering*

 

I really wanna have it, but my pc is too ####ed to play it


I like the very first UT more then 2003 and 2004

 

have it but i need some space on my harddisk before installing it

 

what is it?

 

FPS (right? ) that is the best game of 2000. Or it was 1999 Anyway, download some demo's or download the whole game

UT2k4 is a really awesome game from what I've seen and heard, I haven't played it though, my computer isn't fast enough.

No no no, not my monster machine, that won't come until summer, if that's what you're talking about. Mine right now is only a Pentium III 1Ghz, 128mb RAM, and GeForce2 MX.

 

Personally, I have the speed (2GHz), and the processor (P3), but the one thing I'm lacking is a decent video card (I'm still using an ATI Rage/Fury Pro 128).

 

been playing this ace game religiuosly, and i cant get enough of it, plus with all the mods comming out for it, this game will be on my hard drive for a long time comming, simply put, UT2004=ACE OF A FUN GAME TO PLAY!

 

i have Gforce 2 GTS/PRO 64 mb
its pretty smoothy,...graphics are almost like 2003
single player is bigger more play modes and you can use vehicles and planes,.....<< didnt use it yet its maybe in the assult mode,....
the sniper gun of UT is back,...but shoots much slower
the 2003 sniper is still the same

one of the fun modes are you have objective to survive about 100 monsters attacking you and other 2 team mates from every side.....

 

I think my gfx card and my CPU could handle UT2k4, I just need some memory. My computer takes a dump in Half-Life CONSTANTLY.

 

urs is Gforce 2 MX 32 mb
Gforce 2 GTS/PRO is 64 mb
and besides as fast as a GForce 3 mx

 

Well, I also thought my friend's computer couldn't handle Battlefield: Vietnam with a GeForce 2 and it sure did.

 

yeah but Gforce2 GTS/PRO is the best of it serie
and the mx is the much less quality
its a big diffrence make no mistake

 

I know that MX is outdated, I got this computer probably 5 years ago?

 

im talking about Unreal Tournament 2004.

i havent had the chance to play it yet...even thou i installed the demo for it a lil while ago....

 

Yeah I have it, its ok i guess. Nothing special. Go play far cry if you want an awesome shooter IMO

 

muhahahaha you all seem to have slow machines....... mines kewl i got XP2800 (2.8 ghz) radeon 3d prophet (128mb i think and i love it) i was gonna go and get UT2004 but im skint

Farcry Kicks Ass!!!! shame its a DVD Rom really, to apreciate it you need a decent machine

 

How'd you get stuck with a 2.8Ghz and a stick of 128mb RAM?
