something very new...and..mushy...or....well...unlike me. but i've been experimenting off late and wanted to try my hand at this....read on, please.. ^_^

Cold and rejected far from this place,
Nobody needed me, no one wants me,
And all I ever wanted was just some space,
A face with pleasure, smiling, just to see me.
But isolated I remain to be, hurt by circumstances,
I’m pushed to the edge with nobody and no chances.
Am forced to live through it all,
Either this or off the cliff I fall.
    No excuses, neither any consideration,
I’m not even noticed, so far from some reputation.
Desperate, I build a home at the end of the world,
Far from being seen, much far from being heard.
Up in the heavens, away from mortal noise,
Right up, edged up, in an unnoticed poise.
Hoping and praying for someone to accept me there,
Someone besides myself, someone who cares.

A heart drowned in firm decision, a mind strong,
With tears in my eyes, I realize, I’ve waited for too long.
I shan’t go quietly, but show them what they’ve missed,
I shall be noticed before the Doors of Death I finally kiss.
I wondered how, and boarded the bus,
Wondered where, with my mind, I started to discuss,
I won and lost, just before I thought of when,
Not knowing, yet content, for the bus had blown up by then.

This nameless poem has been dedicated to those of the deceased among the many who died at the terrible event that shook London on the Seventh of July, 2005, who had no life from the very start, yet were young, and decided that it was time to end it all. This is also
in remembrance of each and every soul, who followed a mocked life, at all the social levels, and lived behind their shadows. This is for them, who were never given a choice how to live, and neither how to die. This is for the memory of those unfortunate few and the others as well.

This also brought a tear to my eye.

Only one word Describes this piece:
    "Beautiful"

This poem really reaches out to me, and can envoke emotions, which is a fantastic skill in a poet.
Another beautiful piece of work, good job.
