Not too many people know about them in my school. They are pretty good. I like a couple of their songs and I should listen to more. Maybe I'll buy the album. What are you people's opinions on The Used?
I used to hate them, and for no reason. I was one of the people who jumped on the "I hate the Used" bandwagon when I had never even heard them. I downloaded their album and I absolutely love it. It's amazing.
I'm a big fan of The Used. One of the few punk (or punk like) bands I like. They've came through here twice and I didn't get a chance to see them..so I'm hoping to see them on the PR tour.
I love the Used! A friend of mine introduced me to them a little bit after their album came out, but I didn't really get hooked until seeing them live at Warped last August. Favorite songs are Maybe Memories, The Taste of Ink and Blue and Yellow.
I love the Used! They are definately one of my favorite bands. My first time seeing them was last April and it was definately my favorite show I have been to. It was with Story of the Year, Thrice, and My Chemical Romance. I have the Used to thank for hearing those bands and I love each one of them. I can't wait for their new cd to come out this summer. I can't stop watching the Maybe Memories DVD. Fun stuff. They are some of the nicest guys I have met also.
They are indeed great. I've seen them twice but never had the 'opportunity' of seeing Bert puke all over. Has anyone else? B)

Haha, he did that at Warped in Boston, too. I love how he jumped into the crowd from 20 feet speakers.
That was Warped at Boston (or more specifically, Brockton) Yes, I got an awesome picture of him jumping off the speakers. *squirms with anticipation for Warped 04*
I was never a huge fan of them, mainly because they were so overplayed on the radio here that hearing the same stuff all the time got old. Maybe since they're rarely played now, I'll like them more, I'll have to download some stuff
The Used are awesome, but towards the middle of the album it gets kinda soft (e.g. "Blue and Yellow" and "Greener With Scenery") and I hate that part. Then it kinda picks up. My favorites are "Box of Sharp Objects", "Maybe Memories", "Taste of Ink", and "Poetic Tragedy". The BEST song however, is "Choke Me", the hidden track: "YOU'RE SO CRAZY, YOU'RE SO CRAZY!". . .Awesome.
I love what comes right before the hidden track And yeah, (IMO) after Blue and Yellow it gets a little weak...but there aren't any songs on the album I really can't stand, which is always a plus!
They're awesome! The Used is one of my favourite band and I hope I'll have the chance to see them live soon! Anyway It's kind of funny because I discovered them by seeing 'Buried myself alive' video on Musiqueplus (Quebec Muchmusic) and they interested me but since then I never saw that video on Tv again... guess I was just at the right place at the right time!
I've loved them for quite a while now. I met them February of last year, but I haven't seen them live, yet. I'm going to in August, though. Yeah, I adore the album, and I still have yet to get the Maybe Memories DVD.
