Message from the band: This morning we woke up to find our van and trailer had been stolen from in front of our friend's house in Rancho Cordova, California. Everything we have in the world is in that van and trailer. Every piece of equipment, every piece of luggage, all our money. Everything. If you are anywhere in California or near the Rancho Cordova/Sacramento area please be on the look-out for a 15-passenger Ford van with Georgia plates and a black double axel trailer with missing fenders and stripes of reflective tape across the black door, please call the police and report it. We are thousands of miles from home, in the middle of tour and everything we have is gone with no way to get home. This sucks I hope they find whoever did this... I'll spare the details of what I want them to do when they find that person or peoples, lol.
I live like three hours northwest of Sacramento, and have friends there, I will pass this on to them. People really suck sometimes. If you can post a message for them somewhere, tell them to start checking pawn shops and the huge flea market in Roseville that takes place every weekend. (I think its still there anyway.) If it still takes place, it would be a really quick, easy way to get rid of stolen items, as it has a weekly visitor rate of about 10000 people.
UPDATE: They found their stuff! Well, not all of it, but their trailer with their instruments and stuff was intact. Apparently, the thieves stole stuff out of the car though - a bible (really?), thousands of dollars, social security cards (ouch!)... but they left a nintendo ds. WOW.
That's fucking horrible. I actually like Showbread a lot, and they're great people, so for this to happen to them is absolutely disgusting.
