I don't know the exact brand, but if you look in most places where you can buy clothes you could probably get a shirt that at least looks close to it without much trouble.
It's probably going to be difficult to find the exact shirt he is wearing unless you somehow figured out the actual brand of the shirt. However, I know that Mike wears a lot of DC and DVS type stuff so check out Zumiez or Pac Sun.
