Has anyone ever entered in a contest and actually win the thing? It can be any contest such as meeting a band, poetry, etc... I have actually won a poetry contest and the prize was $500.
I went to a rap competion at a radio station and went 5th... out of 5. But i got 3CDs for going. :chemist:
i did a playback competion when i was 10 i was first of my pool, but i only got a sticker with #1 on it!! :wth:
i won sports awards, no contests. my friend was one of only 10 people in Canada who won this Muchmusic contest. He won $500 in HMV certificates (on cds!)
I won a Linkin Park signed guitar!! And a trip to the US to meet LP! I wish. I am going to win both of them though! Maybe.. <_< I have not won anything.. ever.
