Audioslave are good, although depends what kinda mood im in. sometimes i can't get enough of them, and other times i can't stand it...
I swear a similar thread was already created.. But anyway, I love Audioslave but the albums get old fast. For both albums when I bought them, I was in love for about a month then I got really sick of the music. I still think the 2 albums are incredible but I just can't listen to all the songs anymore. I think Out of Exile is beautiful and their self-titled album is raw. They make great music and Tom Morello is my favorite guitarist ever. Side note: Rage Against the Machine > Audioslave.
Yeah, I think there was a similiar topic, but it was quite some time back. Audioslave is an awesome band. Show Me How to Live still gets me bobbing to it. As for Out of Exile, some songs rock hard to the core, but others get boring after a while.
Rage is better than Audioslave and Soundgarden is better than Audioslave. But with that said, Audioslave is still a wicked band. out of Exile is a great cd.
Rage Against The Machine was just pseduo-meaningful rap over some fancy guitat effects and drums. Soundgarden was something different back in the 90s when "grunge" was in full effect. They weren't like Pearl Jam or Nirvana or The Melvins. Now their must seems out of date because their music defined an entire decade basically. So they both suck. Soundgarden was the shit back then, now it's just... Soundgarden. Rage Against The Machine always sucked. Audioslave is the combination of the two. Bland lyrics, a voice that stands out, and some fancy guitar work and drums. Nothing to see hear. Unless you like that sort of thing.
