I just heard that the guitarist for Adema (Mike, I think) left the band, and theyre not currently looking for a second guitarist. They do however plan on starting work on their new cd, which is expected to come out late next summer.
I head about this last week (or the beginning of this week... I can't remember), and it's really sad. Supposedly Marky will be doing Mike's parts for the remainder of the time. That'd be pretty dope if Adema became a four-man band ... I haven't kept up, but has there been any statements released on why Mike left?
The syndrom of the guitarist-going-away seems to hit more and more bands . That's pretty sad, their music is really good.
I'm probably wrong, but I think Mike left Adema because Unstable wasn't a very successful album. It hasn't gone gold, let alone platinum. I think he feels he can acheive more success away from Adema. But Unstable is very underrated anyway.

As long as brad doesnt leave LP I'll be happy. Am I the only one who thinks that Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater, looks like a heavier Dave Grohl of the foo fighters?
Hey, Fred, how about you replace Ben Moody? [/b][/quote] Terry Balsmo (did I spell that right?) was confirmed as the new guitarist for Evanescence by Amy at the Live@Much, so the chances of that happening are slim to none. And no, that does not mean Terry left Cold, right Will?
