On a serious note though, I know exactly what you mean. Now, I've been single for awhile, but there is this one girl at work that I really, really like, but I feel like it would be too soon to tell her that, since she JUST started working at my job, and I don't really know anything about her, or whether or not she is even single. She is awesome to talk to though.

Just be blunt and get down to business. If you like her, just tell her. I've wasted many opportunities when I was younger with women that I had things for. The only thing that happens when you beat around the bush is some douchey guy that doesn't treat her as well as you comes around and takes her away. Girls just want a guy that is straightforward and tells them what's going on in their head. If you don't, they'll just assume that you two are just friends, even if she likes you and is scared to make a move.

5 years after the fact, it sucks talking to girls you went to high school with and finding out that they actually liked you too. Pussitis is a disease many good men suffer from. I hope others find the cure quicker than I did.
