I am messing around with different sounds on a music program I have and I thought I would test out some reggae. I decided then to add some more sound to it to make it more 'epic' sounding. I added some techno sounds to it.

    Listen to it here.

I know it does get messy, but as an idea, what do you guys think?
If you guys think the idea is cool, I will make it sound a whole lot better.

Be honest though, if its shit tell me why and what I can do to make the idea better.

Sounds pretty cool man. I think with a little more work on it, it could be fucking awesome.

    Cheers Jeff.
The few people I have showed it to have enjoyed it.
I am demo-ing this for an EP album I am making.

I loved it. It didn't feel sloppy at all. That reminds me of a reggae When They Come For Me.
    I know it isn't a full track but, I'd give it a 9/10

If I were working on it, I'd take the reggae out completely. I think I'd also try changing that bass riff into an electronic synth melody instead, too. It might sound cool that way. It also might not haha.

The whole point of the track is to mix reggae with a totally different sound, that being electronic.

I'm glad you like it everyone. Stay tuned for more details on my minor project.

Hey MaiMeR, this song was originally going to be on my Evolution EP (its official thread can be found here) but after near completion of the album I thought that it didn't fit and so the song was dropped from the album. You can listen to the full song in that thread, but unfortunately you will not be able to download it.

That's funny. Your project started around the track that didn't make the final cut. If you changed some of the reggae elements and added space synths and alien like guitars and noises, this could easily be a whole new song. Call it like "Dimension" or something.

The album is actually based on Evolution mainly, but this track was the main inspiration to mix different elements of music.
I tried with the track, but it didn't work out. I think it was mainly the whole reggae element.
