http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/upcoming_tours/a_perfect_circle_planning_five-city_tour.html A short tour of 5 cities, they'll play multiple nights in each city and perform one of their albums in it's entirety each night along with [possibly] new material. I hope they film it for a DVD. Little bit disappointed MJK isn't focusing on Tool but those guys will probably plough on without him like they did with Lateralus.
Of COURSE it's on the West Coast They hardly ever have any good shows on the Gulf Coast, with the exception of me seeing (and meeting) Skillet back in April.
I've been reading that they had new material for like 6 months now. Hopefully it will be coming out soon. I just might like APC more than Tool. Tough to choose.
Yeah, according to MJK or Billy (can't remember which) the songwriting is pretty much constant as they send ideas back and forth via email. Tool wins over APC for me though
Man I can't wait, my friend an I are already planning on getting Seattle tickets for all three shows if we can swing it.
Just recently I guess. Although like they said, ideas didn't stop flowing back & forth through email so they didn't really break up. Anyway, apparently Justin Chancellor (Tools bassist) is releasing "an experimental collaboration, of the sonic kind, with Peter Mohamed." No other info available yet though.
