I really hope they don't release a Greatest Hits album, no real point to them. Usually just used to complete record contracts. Previously unreleased tracks can stick with LPU CDs, special edition albums or single b-sides.
Honestly, at this point (especially after watching the latest documentary and Chester's speech) I would be disappointed if they released a Greatest Hits album of any sort. If I want one, I'll burn a mix cd. They need to make a few more solid albums first. They've got enough longevity left in them to create some monster hits and then make a true Greatest Hits album.
Most bands don't release greatest hit albums. It's usually all the doings of the record company. So there's about a 90% chance there will be one, unfortunately.
