The Catalyst Video Coming August 26?

yeah.. unless it's gonna be the greastest music video in the world, I highly doubt it will take that long.

 

August 26th seems a bit late to release the clip I think.

Not good at all.
You need the music with the clip.
That was one of the problems with 'New Divide'.
The single did great the first week, but went straight to the buttom the week after.
It only started to gain momentum when the music video hit. I thought
they would've learnt their lesson by now

Aww bad news... i've been waiting for Promote Video at first, maybe we have to wait more longer than before!! this plan ain't really good for promoting i guess :/..

 

That's really unusual for LP too... All their leading singles' music videos so far have released same day as the single, or very shortly thereafter... Haven't they? I'm pretty sure SIB was, and I know WID was. Hell, maybe I'm just remembering wrong...

 

If it does come out on the 26th Aug, I assume the footage is heavy on the effects department.
I'm guessing, the clip will be black & white. Then balls of paint splatter on them in extreme slow motion.
Obviously the paint will be in color, however the final outcome will be one big colorful mess. The final shot
will look almost like an art piece.

I'm just guessing here of course

 

That so close to what I was thinking of and what I was about to post. Great minds think alike! Im guessing they're gonna have paint hit them in slowmo and chester is gonna do his famous monkey jump. Break a leg chesstaah.

They could also do something like mutemath did by filming it in reverse and having the paint come off them.

 

Come to think of it, Eminem's single 'I'm not Afraid' came out pretty late after the release. Also his new single 'Love the way you lie' still doesn't have a music video yet it's #1 on the charts

 

Oh that'd be sweet as hell.

 

I think Joe Hahn's great, don't get me wrong.
However I would love to see an LP music video done by the hands of Joseph Kahn or Rich Lee.

 

Or a bunch of execs are filmed throwing paint onto the members of the band during their performance and its presented in reverse. Of the glory of chucking paint onto your fave band.
I had an idea that there would be an elephant that shoots paint out of its trunk onto the band - lulz.

 

! I thought most would be excited cause Mr. Hahn is the boss of LP videos! Most of their videos is directed by him or him with help.

hm sad that it comes out later than i expected :/ well ok but tomorrow is the catalyst time :>

 

I think if it does well on the charts, they prob would release it sooner
