    Since MDT is 09:34am right now and GMT is 16:34 right now.

    If it's on at 6:40 GMT then it's 2 hours from now. I dunno if you guys have daylight savings time going on over there at the moment or something but right now it's 4:37PM here.

    EDIT: Ok so if it's GMT-7 then it's 3 hours away indeed. :)

    Don't worry, I confirmed this myself by getting in touch with the station. They announced it on air a few times earlier, and even said my name as a confirmation. I wouldn't have posted this otherwise.
