I think the music is very interesting so far. Might be a really dense and beautiful song, I'm pumped!

I really like this song so far. Maybe what Mike would like us to do is forget what we think LP should sound like, and just listen to this song as it is - negative opinion or positive. A lot of us know (as well as LP), that the sound they had in the beginning made them successful, but it's not like they're ignoring that. They've let us know that they're very grateful for their reception in the beginning. They wanted to make that music, and it's still the same today. They still are making music that satisfies them, but also challenges them and shows their growth.

Now, they're just making music they want to make, and that's what's making them happy. It does seem a little selfish to be thinking that LP are lieing to themselves or are betraying the fans, just because they're not meeting your expectations. These guys are their own individuals, and can choose how they want to make music (or their visual art).

I can't believe how well this video syncs with the song, lol.

 

Sounds fine besides the distorted vocals.

I consider Jay-z corporate Hip-Hop. Homeslice has the mentality of a business man. Music is suppose to have soul.

I respect everyones opinion but honestly their are elements in this song coming from everywhere. This is Linkin Park. This is their sound. And Yes Linkin Park is back.

 

Pretty ironic that LP is using their music in a war game.

 

You do realize you're assuming Mike doesn't shine on the basis of about a minute and a half of previews of one song out of 15.

Also, Mike is co-producing. As he said in the MTM documentary, if he wanted to rap he would've.

 

According to the video on that Medal Of Honor site, the music video will premier at that same link on August 1.

The song keeps getting cooler with every preview. The outro was probably too much for me - I think I've spoiled everything now. But this song sounds really big.
