This isn't Marvel though, it's Sony. The only films Marvel have produced in-house so far are Iron Man 1&2 and The Incredible Hulk (2008). They have Thor and Captain America coming out next year and the Avengers the year after. The rights to everything else we've seen were bought by other studios. X-Men, Daredevil, Silver Surfer & Fantastic Four are at Fox, Spider-man & Ghost Rider are at Sony. There's other stuff too, but those are the best known. This is the reason (until and unless Marvel get the rights back) you won't see, for examlpe, Wolverine showing up in a Captain America movie, or Spider-Man joining the Avengers. Yeah, but then SM3 was a clusterfuck in general. Same here. And now Marvel have gone and sacked Ed Norton, so he won't be in The Avengers.
