NFG are awesome. I saw them when they opened for Green Day in London in '05, brilliant band.

I'm leaning towards them being song titles. But then that seems like it could be too simple...

 

I'm thinking they're both song names, or since A Thousand Suns was so complicated to find compared to this, the album name.

And Mike used the word "instrumental" twice in the A Thousand Suns post. Some people thought that meant something, I didnt until now. If this is the tracklist, starting with an instrumental makes sense for LP.

Didn't he say the songs would have a common thread though, just not a propper concept album?

 

It's a possibility. It could be a play on how in America they say "one nation under God" or whatever. And, that aside, you have phrases such as "under lock and key" which don't have an "a" there.
