    Well, it's thanks to people like you and others who keep coming here year after year. It's no secret that a fan site cannot exist without visitors, so as long as LP stays awesome and as long as you people keep visiting..we'll stay open! And of course we remember you crewdy, you've always been fair to us.

    Well Derek I'm sure I won't stop visiting even when LP "stops being awesome" which hopefully is never. I mean alot of members don't really care about LP anymore and they still come here. Thats how great this place is

    Thanks for the kind words guys. It means a lot to see positive comments about the site, when a lot of people (including yourselves) dedicate a lot of their time to it. Really makes posting news about my favourite band, and generally being involved with the best Linkin Park fan site and fans worthwhile.

    You can be sure that even if LP were to unfortunately break up that we'd explore some way to keep this site open, even if it meant expanding into a full on music site one way or another. We love this site too much to just quit :).

    I joined when it was LPA2. That was impressive. xD I really did enjoy the LPA3 forumskin. That was beautiful. Would you look at that....

    Damn, time flies.

    I really haven't been active since 07 but I'll swing by every once and a while to check out what's going on. Which brings me to my reason for posting.

    I might speak for some people on this one (sorry if it was already mentioned, I haven't read through this thread) but the LPA was THE source to go to for anything LP related. Exclusive/breaking news, music, whatever, LPA had it. More importantly, IMO, the best part of LPA was the community. I give a lot of credit to all those who kept the site from turning into the LPU/LP.com boards. I can't even imagine the last time I logged in to those sites. I was never a heavy poster here but the LPA was my freaking home page for years! And I think that speaks to the great work LPA and its members have done.

    Sorry for being so late to the party but better now than never!

    I wish everyone at LPA the best

    Damn dude! Good to see you! It's been a while since I've seen you around these parts.

    And I really appreciate your kind words. There's a lot of people out there who try and bring us down, but it's good to have original members like you still coming around years later and remembering what this site was (and still is) all about. We definitely plan to keep up our hard work this year, and we have a few big things planned for you guys in 2010. Too bad I can't say what they are, but you'll love it :lol:.
