Last night was aggravating. Few of you guys know that the switch while the site was down was anything but smooth sailing . It required many exasperated sighs from Todd, and a couple "WTF"s over why the news originally wouldn't display right. Fun!

It's awesome; it's simple; it's b.e.a.utiful. Really diggin the new design guys. congrats to luke for makin his way up!

I like the idea of changing up the colours; it would good if you could choose from a variety of themes for the forums and/or the site such as: LPA4, G-E-D, M2M etc changing with the time. It would take a bunch of time, but it would give the members and visitors the choice for changing the scenery.

A lot of us probably suspected this coming with all them hints in the siggies of the guys way up.

cheers and here's to the future!

    Awesome guys, another Triumph!

Though it looks like your going head to head with LPL now as the best LP fansite xD

I wanna take some time out real quick to make something clear, and hopefully set the record straight in case anybody thinks this: We are not competing with, nor do we have any desire to compete with LPL. We aren't enemy fansites. Some people think because we're the two most well known fansites, that we're at war or competing with each other...but we're not. With LPA, right now our biggest concern (as it always has been) is LPAssociation, and LPAssociation alone. We do not bother worrying what other fansites do/do not have in comparison to our site, because LPL is a drastically different site than LPA in regards to it's focus.

LPL is meant to be a live guide, and thus their focus is largely on live media/bootlegs/set lists. In that mission they have succeeded very well, and I commend them for it. However; LPA does not have one main focus and we're meant to be a very comprehensive source for anything LP..something I too think we have succeeded in over the years.

So I just wanted to set the record straight :). I know you don't think this, but we're not competing or going head to head. We co-exist as two completely different sites, and I welcome anybody who posts on LPL to post on here...just as I'd hope anyone who posts on here is welcome there.

Your design is so awesome, and every feature works perfect! LP.com should have been designed/coded JUST like LPA...especially the forums.
Nice work! I really enjoy visiting your site every single day...and as a webmaster I know how much work you have put into the whole thing and It's truely worth the work.

Currently the BEST Linkin Park Website Design (and I counted LP.com in, but not the LPU)

Well that really, really means a lot. More so than you can imagine. To be put in the same league with the official sites is a big compliment, and I know Keaton (designer of the site) will be thankful to hear that.

As for every feature working...that was thanks to over a month of dedicated testing and debugging.

You're welcome, and Keaton totally deserves to be put in the same league.

You did an awesome job, I hope one of the band (probably Mike) will see and post about that on his blog. I got a mail from Mike thanking me for the effort I put into LPHQ, so I hope you'll get the same one day, maybe another interview or something cool.

I know your site since I'm a LP fan, before I started my own websites and etc. and the first pictures I saved to my hard drive came from your site. It is a bummer that I never really got in touch with you guys. I try my best to catch up ;)
