It was announced today that the following is the official track listing for the LPU 9.0 CD.

LPU 9.0 CD: Linkin Park Demos
    1.) A-Six (Original Long Version 2002)
    2.) Faint (Demo 2002)
3.) Sad ("By Myself" Demo 1999)
4.) Fear ("Leave Out All the Rest" Demo 2006)
    5.) Figure.09 (Demo 2002)
6.) Stick And Move ("Runaway" Demo 1998)
7.) Across The Line (Unreleased Demo 2007)
8.) Drawing ("Breaking The Habit" Demo 2002)
9.) Drum Song ("Little Things Give You Away" Demo 2006)

"Across The Line" is a brand new, unreleased song. It was recorded during the "Minutes To Midnight" sessions, and was originally named "Japan", as per Mike's blog.

The full LPU 9.0 package is expected to be out early December and for the first time ever, the LPU 9.0 CD is going to be available in Japan. More information to be released soon.

Make sure to renew your LPU membership or check out a Best Buy store near you for the LPU 9.0 package once it hits stores. This is a must have for any hardcore Linkin Park fan!

So, Across the Line is from 2007. Gotta be a MtM B-side?

Yep :). That's the "new unreleased song from the MTM sessions" Mike was talking about.

Who here is hoping A.06 has vocals?

Oh man, that would be my reason alone for renewing if it did. :D

I really wouldn't mind if it was just a 3-minute blow-off-your-face instrumental. I think, right now, A-Six is the most anticipated song on this CD. The biggest disappointment is another By Myself demo. Unless it sounds really different, I don't see the need for another demo since we have like 4 other versions of By Myself in some way.

So wait, now it's A-Six and not A.06?

It looks pretty strong. If anything comes close to disappointing me it's that there are better songs from Meteora than Figure.09 that they could have included a demo of, in my opinion anyway. Hopefully it'll be different enough from the album version... then again I hope that's the case with all the demos of existing songs on there.

I think A-Six how you pronounce the name of the track anyway. Maybe they're referring to it that way now, or maybe they did it so that people can differentiate between the two versions more easily.

Do you think it is possible they used the Runaway demo lyrics in Reanimation?

Graffiti decorations, under a sky of grey,
This constant apprehension, still giving me away,

    I'd be ok with that

Just checked mikes blog over at mikeshinoda.com and he posted the tracklisting as well. seems that "Across The Line" is essentially JAPAN in its entirety!!!!

Great news! I was always a big fan of A.06. Hopefully they'll extend the song and add lyrics. We need a nice Hahn song

I'm not sure what instrumental you're talking about but Lockjaw was an LPU exclusive that Mike made while testing out the new version of Pro Tools.

I'm looking forward to the Stick And Move ("Runaway" Demo 1998). Although I wonder which it will sound like more. Stick N Move and Runaway are both pretty different. I hope more like Stick N Move.
