They recorded a demo of LOATR with Mike singing, right? In which case that might be it? Presuming that is actually the real tracklist.

Well, presuming that this is the real tracklist -- didn't they say it'd be demos of singles only? Why are there demo versions of "Runaway" and "Figure.09" there?

I think someone on these boards said there'd be demos of singles, not necessarily all of them as far as I remember.

I know Adam said something about "LP hits" so, yeah. But, fair go, you might be right. :)

Even if this is legit, I'm not going to use some rough Japanese translation as a source. I'd like to be a little more specific then that.

If we're late to posting this news, fine. But I'd rather be officially confirmed, than speculative and wrong. LPA doesn't like to post rumors or unconfirmed news if we can avoid it...sorry.

*EDIT* Shall this be real though, I find it intriguing that Stick N' Move is labeled 1998 when the demo tape was in 97. Not sure if this is a typo, or a version of SNM we haven't heard. Hopefully the latter. Also, I'm hoping that the version of LOATR on there is Mike's "This song is still sucking" version .

But again, the tracklist is unconfirmed so I am not getting my hopes up.

A restored Stick N' Move that sounds as clear as the Hybrid Theory EP would make my day :p.

But yeah, I'm cautious to believe this only because it's TOO GOOD to be true.

Chester's said that when he joined the band, he recorded vocals for all the Xero songs that originally had Wakefield singing on them, and he joined in '98, so...

The only thing I'm not looking forward to is another By Myself demo, unless it's completely different. Though, if I remember correctly, didn't they say at first Chester sang the vocals on Figure.09?

Figure.09 originally had rapping verses, then they changed it to singing verses, then at the last minute before they finished the album, they swapped the rapping verses back in, albeit with different lyrics than the original ones.

I thought so. Maybe the demo version that's listed there could be the one with singing verses.

Adam just confirmed the track listing on LPU. Not sure if I should post it though.

For those of you who have been keeping track, "Across The Line" is a brand new, unreleased song. It was recorded during the "Minutes To Midnight" sessions, and was originally entitled "Japan." We know a lot of the fans on the LPU boards have wanted to hear this song, in its entirety, for a long time. We're putting it on the LPU9 CD for you!
