I am anxiously awaiting my food from Subway.

Also, I love Coheed And Cambria, after all this time haha. I remember I heard Blood Red Summer and was like Wow, his vocals sound like a girl.

Who knew I would grow to love higher ranges.

I'm not even bothered by the accent. I work in the IT field and have many Indian co-workers and can understand their accents pretty well; better than I can understand people from West Virginia (and yes, having been to WV, I can say that's true ). What bothers me is the security. These guys have access to all of my personal information such as credit card numbers, SSNs, etc. If an American based worker is dumb enough to steal my information, I know that we have laws in place that will prosecute them and punish them with jailtime which hopefully deters any sort of identity theft. But what sort of laws are there in India? A lot of poorer countries simply have bigger problems to deal with and don't take fraud as seriously, why do you think so many internet scams come out of Nigeria? The worst that might happen to them is that they lose their call center job, which are a dime a dozen in India, and end up working in a call center for a different company, only to do the same thing.

If Dell wants to outsource tech support to India, fine. I have no problem with that. But IMO, banks and other companies where call center reps have access to sensitive information should be required to keep their call centers in the US.

Speaking of card activations, Chase just sent me a new card last week. It used to be you call the 1800 number, enter the card number, your zip code, last 4 of SSN and it was activated in under a minute. Now, I call, wait on hold, get transferred to India where someone tries to sell me all sorts of worthless products and won't take no for an answer. Twats.

    She's hot too.

I have to disagree. He's more wooden than Keanu Reeves.

    Who's a vampire, btw.
