Mike Shinoda Updates Fans On Linkin Park Video Game

    As reported earlier this year by the band, Linkin Park are currently in the process of working together with a game development company to bring an exclusive video game to the iPhone and the iPod touch. Although no release dates are currently scheduled, Mike Shinoda recently took the opportunity to discuss the video game on his blog, as well as show some early design concepts for the game that he created himself.

    wow, this really does look unique. I'm looking forward to how it plays out. I wonder what LP suprizes will be involved?

    EXCLUSIVE UPDATE: there will be full qwerty keyboard implementation along with network play for the 3gs (since it's easier to run). upon beating the game, players will unlock a new session to earn achievements to show off what they've done.

    Concept art reminds me too much of Castle Crashers + Alien Humanoid from Tom Fulp @ Newgrounds.com

    Since it's an RPG (which interest me) it would be nice if he releases it also on Xbox LIVE and not just on the iPhone.

    (And seeing how the music will be all instrumentals from them.. with no limitation and just scores I am sure we will see Hybrid Theory based stuff.. as it did spawn alot of AMV's over the years)
