Read the full article here Was only a matter of time. It doesn't matter if your brothers, two inflated egos like that were inevitably gonna clash. Can't say I'm too dissappointed though, their new material sucks.
They're brothers, they'll probably have made up and got back together by Sunday. But yeah, in all seriousness I can easily see this lasting only a relatively small amount of time.
To quote what I said in random thoughts Noel Gallagher's quit Oasis... I'd post this in other music, except it's the 1,032,436th time this has happened and it doesn't really warrant as news. They'll be back together in no time.
Those of you who think Oasis suck now are missing out, their most recent record was one of their most well-received by fans and critics and is one of my personal favourites, right after Morning Glory. Case in point: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGImSvcgzb8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87IQhui_Yy8 That being said, this also happened in '94 and Noel came back, but who knows, this might be permanent. I hope it is, becuase Liam is a complete jackass and Noel has proved can have a very good solo career.
Remember when that fan ran up on stage and knocked that one Gallagher over? That was ever better than when the crowd threw rocks at Nickleback.
Think that'll be it for a while, Noels been writing material for a solo effort so he'll do that then when he's bored come back to a big money tour
Nah, their latest album was pretty good. They're actually better now than they used to be. On stage, no less. It's not surprising, and while part of me thinks it's just temporary, I'm pretty sure Noel might have actually left for good this time. And they're both jackasses. Not just Liam.
I bet when he does get back with them he blames the nme. On another note, even if people do think their last few records have been sub-par, their live shows are one of the best I've ever been to, so I'll atleast give them that.
Oasis were incredible live for the abbreviated show I saw. I was at the Toronto show where Noel was attacked. I'm looking forward to Noel's solo album. I've always thought he wrote the best songs, was the best live performer, and had the best voice of the two Gallaghers.
