Chester describes the cover to Noisecreep as "dark, mysterious and beautiful, but comfortable at the same time, and captured a gothic feel. But I wanted it to be modern." Thanks to JJ for the news!
Agreed. With every passing moment I'm getting more excited both for the new LP record, and this. Sounds like we're in for a treat on both fronts.
Nothing like I was expecting, but superb nonetheless. Very dark, & gothic, but with a clean modern style. The only thing thats boring is the font. Couldnt be a little bit fancier but its the music that counts
^ Lol can't say it doesn't look like trash bags. Cover is sick though! Hope we get a bigger version of it soon. Anticipating this album more and more!
I think if I remember right...it's supposed to represent death. Kinda like a black shroud of death closing in on the band (the logo representing the band of course). I read that somewhere but I can't remember where.
actually i love the black background, now that i've seen a bigger version. what's cool about it is that you can't figure out what it is. it's like a cross between glossy solid, liquid and..trash bag.
I laughed at first, until I really thought about it...it actually does look like they took the pants from the promo pic and digitally altered it into that. You may very well be right.
Looks alright, but they should really remove the band name and album title from it. It just detracts from the main focus. Or they should do it in a better font. It's kinda boring as it stands. The logo and black....cloth?....are cool though.
