I would be a Linkin Park fan for life if... They just kept making unique music that I enjoy listening to. Even if they start to suck, I'd still be a fan, because they are the sole reason that i even listen to any music at all.

If they make at least one perfect album. Perfect being that there are no really bad tracks, and the production is good. So far it's either been there are bad tracks (Meteora and MTM) or the production is bad (all of them).
I would be a Linkin Park fan for life if.... everyone remains in the band until they are over and they bring no one new in. LP is fine the way it is with members. Also, if they keep rockin out and trying new things. You can only recycle the same sound so many times, but LP hasn't recycled any sounds so far and I don't think I have to worry about that.
I would be a Linkin Park fan for life if... - They made a full instrumental CD, similar to the structure of Explosions in the Sky with long 6-10 minute instrumentals. - They made remix albums for Meteora and Minutes to Midnight, as well as for every upcoming album - They collaborated with Muse, U2, Coldplay and/or Placebo - They had Timbaland produce one or more of their CD's. - They release B-sides on every LPU CD instead of live songs - They don't have any personnel changes - They come to Tempe, AZ and perform a show when I am actually available
I would be a Linkin Park fan for life if... their next album blows any so-called competition out of the water. They've been on the brink for a while now, so releasing a perfect album would forever immortalize them, in my opinion
