european single: "Cotopaxi" american single: 30 second clip of "Since We've Been Wrong", and the acoustic version from 2007 I want a full, album quality version of "Since We've Been Wrong" right NOW. I fucking love that song. "Cotopaxi" is a grower, for sure, and the bad quality radio rip isn't helping right now. But the release date isn't far off (June 23rd). Bring on Bonnaroo and seeing some of the new material live! Can't wait.
I can't wait for the new album either. Also, someone posted this on another forum: Multiple Volta albums in a year sounds pretty good.
Any new about the next album being all acoustic like it was rumored to be? I haven't been keeping track much.
It was rumoured this album was supposed to be the acoustic one. Personally, I don't see it happening.
I may try this one. It seems to be a little more condensed then the previous material that i've heard from them.
This!! Cryptomnesia was so brilliant, and I'm looking forward to the next installment. But this album is going to be brilliant. Desperate Graves and With Twilight As My Guide are wonderful classic Mars Volta tracks, and Since We've Been Wrong has been stuck in my head since last new years!!!!
Well in the past they've been releasing an album every year, so it would seem right to release one around now, .
mmmmmm, this is goooood. edit: lol this video is epics - Hitler is incorrect though (imo)
That video's awesome... although if it really is an acoustic pop album I probably will like it. I haven't been following the development of this album very closely so I know next to nothing about it. I'll try finding it.
