God this week was such a pain in the ass...

 

Ah Yoga's an excellent set of cardio to do with a good balanced diet. I go to the gym about 4 times a week and I do training at home and play sports, but all of that I don't particularly eat healthy, not saying I eat 3 pizza's a day everyday but I do tend to snack a lot, that's my diet downfall, darn biscuits.


Where's Chris? He loved me talking about my guns and posting half naked pictures on the forum.

I'm thinking about reading the dictionary to increase my vocabulary and have more to work with whilst I'm writing lyrics. I've been inspired by some of the words and phrases used on Wonderland.
