last night i dreamt i made you cry and it was the most horrible feeling in the world

 

Now that I'm looking into it, don't give the movie version of Cell to Eli Roth. He's going to gut it up and make it more of a torture porn film. Give it to somebody like Frank Darabont, who's made amazing movies based off Stephen King material, like The Shawshank Redemption. Haven't seen The Mist yet although I heard it was good.

 

What the need is to make movies and not change things, so, like in the books almost all the movies were somhow connected. That'd be totally kick ass.

 

That's true. I'd change up a couple things though. Stuff that wasn't and doesn't have to be needed. Take Cell for instance. Haven't finished it yet, but there's already a few things I would change. Nothing huge, just the age of a few people and such.

But at least if you haven't strayed away from the main plot, then it's all good, even if it's in your vision. Take Stanley Kubrick's version of The Shining. King hated it.

 

I've never watched The Shining, only read the book about a trillion times.

I also agree that yes, for movies some ages should be changed.

As long as it's better than Hearts in Atlantas I'll probably love it. Though I thought that was a okay movie it just left out 3/4ths of the book and what not.
