At Coney Island they yell "Opa!" when they set the cheese on fire for Saganaki. It's pita bread and melted cheese with lemon juice and they set it on fire when they bring it to your table. Of course, Coney Islands are only in Michigan so you probably have no idea what I'm talking about!
