Just a quick question. How are you going to randomize the draw? And if you draw out a theme for a person that put in that theme, will you draw again or just let it be?
Personally, I think that getting your own topic would suck. And there should be some deadline for sending topics. I mean, I'm not in a rush or anything, but it would be nice to know when to expect this to start.
Deadline for themes is midnight tonight, Pacific time. I've let about a week go by for themes so this should be it. If you don't submit in time, try next competition (I already have an idea for the next one, btw). Apologies for letting it go on so long and for cutting it off so short. Random draw will go like this: I will have a number for each contestant and a corresponding number for each topic (Will is 1, his theme is another 1). Two bags, random draw from each. If you get your own topic, I WILL REDRAW. If somehow everyone has a different topic but you get your own, I will either A) redo the whole draw or B) give you a topic that I create.
I like just about everyone's except 1-2. EDIT: Let me just say that I hate that I couldn't do this competition, I'd love to take on just about every topic sent in. I might end up writing my own pieces based on these topics just for the hell of it. They are TOO fun.
Trust me, Will's is insane. Selene/Sarah, your idea is about as tame as it gets, STILL. If that's any indication.
Oh crap. I'm so not hoping to get Will's theme if that be the case. Can I suggest another theme for mine?
I just thought of something, is there going to be a chance we end up with our own theme, or are you going to prevent that?
I am out of this. I have about 50 different little bits and pieces running through my mind, but not a bit of it makes any sense to me. My thoughts are too jumbled. I look forward to reading what everyone comes up with though.
