This should be good. I liked Tiffany Blews but I wanted Lil Wayne's part in the song to stick out a bit more. Hopefully this is more of a collaboration rather than Lil Wayne doing what Patrick Stump could have easily done.
To me it just felt like everything after Cork Tree was just so....mainstream. I loved their well written songs from TTYG and the meaning you got from it. Their new album did nothing for me and just felt like a rushed boat of singles for the radio.
I'm actually sick of seeing Fallout Boy everywhere. I'll admit that I like a few of their songs but they're the most overhyped bands of the past few years by a long shot.
There's a lot worse music out there than Fall Out Boy that is way more hyped than Fall Out Boy. EDIT: If anything, anytime Fall Out Boy gets brought up, it's about how much everyone hates Pete Wentz and thinks they're terrible.
This thread only proves my point from my last post. I'm pretty sure that there's more of a collection of people that hate Fall Out Boy than people that like them.
They've become somewhat of a modern day Limp Bizkit when they were in their prime. The main difference is that Limp Bizkit's music doesn't suck and not many people can out-do Fred Durst for douchebagness.
Music sucking is definitely subjective and I know a good number of people who can argue that Limp Bizkit is terrible.
I think the majority of people on this site think Limp Bizkit suck so I'm not gonna do-battle proving that Limp Bizkit suck less than Fallout Boy because in the end no one will win.
I agree. It doesn't even really feel like they're trying too hard anymore. As far as their working with Lil Wayne goes, it could be good, but I doubt it.
