Tony Adams probably should have had more time. Scolari definitely should have. I mean, he's a world cup winner and practically none of the players were his signings for goodness sake.
It's a shame that people can't take what Fergie has done three or four times now at Man United as an example, or what O'Neill and Moyes are doing at Villa and Everton. They haven't been so successful with it recently but there's Arsenal as well.

He did some awesome jobs with Korea and Russia. I do doubt training an international team and a club is the same but we'll see (he's still trainer of Russia btw).
