Good video. As said, can't go wrong with The Offspring. I do with, however, wish the video would've included the entire band. Either include them all or none of them.
I'm a huge Offspring fan, but I couldn't help but get an unflattering Green Day vibe from this video. At any rate, hopefully this turns into another big hit and helps the album sell more records. You're Gonna Go Far Kid was number 1 for like 11 weeks, and RAFRAG still sold less than 225,000 copies. =(
That's probably because the album as a whole is not that good. Some songs on the album are excellent and other are pretty bland and seem to me like fillers. I think that they'll never again reach the fame they had with 'Smash' and 'Americana'. But nevertheless, I'll always love them
The new album is far better than Americana. IMO anyway. Though they won't top Smash or Conspiracy of One anytime soon...
This. Americana is overrated. Sure, it has one of their best songs in "The Kids Aren't Alright", but it also has "Pretty Fly For A White Guy" and "Why Don't You Get A Job?" Nuff said. Smash > Splinter > Conspiracy of One > Rise And Fall, Rage and Grace > Ixnay on the Hombre > Americana And that's because I have never listened to their S/T and Ignition albums yet.
Offspring are one of my favorite bands ever and the album is brilliant but this video is terrible IMO.
Ah, I always new this would be the next single. Offspring just kick so much arse. And Kristy's pretty fine.
