It's an Ibanez SZ270, normally retails for around $1400, I could get it for $800 as new second hand. Only thing is I could also get a brand new Epiphone Prophecy (basically a higher end Epiphone Les Paul but with active EMG's) for the same price. And I've heard pretty good things about them.

Unfortunately no, Music Center are a bit apprehensive when it comes to customers playing on their display stock.

I've only been able to read reviews/watch videos of it in action, but it sounds amazing for the price.
