Best Frickin Compilation Album Ever: 4AD

I just found out about this compilation disc coming out soon, and it sounds amazing. I would explain it, but i'll just give you the article instead:

There is apparently 32 new exclusive tracks. And one of them is from Arcade Fire. And one is from Spoon. I can not wait for this!

 

I've heard of, like, four of those artists.

 

I've heard of two, Arcade Fire and The Decembrists, but I've never heard a single song by any of those two

 

lol thank god... i was about to ask if i was seriously the only person who only knew like 4 people before i read the comments... i was questioning my music taste there for a little.

 

Heard OF five, only know songs by a couple though.

 

No one excited for Spoon or Fiest?

 

I'm excited for Arcade Fire and The Decemberists, and the track with Ben Gibbard should be good.

 

This is only delaying Sufjan getting back to work on his 50 states album project.

 

Spend as much time as I did on last.fm and you'll probably be at least aware of most of these artists.

 

Once I gave the list another look-through, I realized I recognized a lot of the names, regardless of whether I'd ever heard them or not.

Indie kids everywhere are declaring all these bands sell outs, they hate to do it but they have to.
