Same old same old. Some good stuff, some that just baffles me.

I wish people would stop giving Kid Rock reasons not to just screw off and stop trying to ruin good songs. :p

I love how Judas Priest are under "hard rock" and Slipknot are under "metal."

I hate the Grammys because it always seems like their lists are completely fucking stupid. I hate them.

Purely in terms of sound there probably isn't a massive difference in how metal either of those bands are.

No, no, that's not what I meant. I think they should both be in the same category, either way. That's all.

Also, the category for best rap album? Holy fucking shit. All five albums are fucking brilliant. Damn.

Yeah, as much as I like every album nominated for that award, I really hope Lupe wins.

Oh how I hate Lil Wayne.

The Grammy's are yet another huge disappointment of television.

It's funny how they've pitted a little ambient NIN track against instrumental rock epics.

Good thing Mars Volta got nominated. Most of it's pretty shit, but did anyone really expect anything from the Grammy's?

It's pretty shit they only have one alternative award.

    Like, "34 Ghosts IV"? What?

Man, I think "29 Ghosts IV" is much more deserving of a nomination.

Does anyone else have to go listen to the tracks off Ghosts every time someone mentions them, because there's no way in hell you can remember which is which?

I would say Nas or Lupe for best rap album, although I'd be surprised if Nas won it considering that his album probably has the least crossover appeal of any of the nominees in that category.

I haven't listened to any of Ghosts in so long. The only track that comes to mind is the one with the piano line that sounds a bit like the Goosebumps theme tune... in fact maybe, in light of recent events, the producers of that show should sue Trent.
