You can get around the many zeros by using scientific notation.

10 = 1.0E1
100 = 1.0E2
100000000000000000000 = 1.0E20

Up to yr 10 it's compulsory to have maths in your timetable.
But when you get to yr 11 and 12, you chose from
> General Maths - the lowest kind
> Maths
> 3 Unit Maths - cos below this subject it's worth 2 units
> Ext. Maths - 4 units
or fuck it completely.

 

It is just called Math or Mathematics in the US. *shrug*
