Oh man YES!!!! one more AvA record and finish up that +44 record and a surprise Blink reunion record? Follow that order and I would be extremely happy. Of course only time will tell what they do and what happens. Hell, for touring together that long, maybe this four year break was needed for them, even if it ended on a bad note.
I didn't know there was any bad blood between any of them. I just thought Tom's ego got in the way of the band and they broke up.
Tom's ego caused all the insanity and they didn't talk for 4 years. The song No It Isn't from +44's record is about Tom... everyone knew it and the title of the song comes from Mark having to say over and over again, "No, it isn't." Turns out it actually was.
Well Tom was the one talking to the other guys through their manager. *shrugs* It doesn't matter anymore at this point. I'm just glad they're talking again.
This is good news but if blink did get back together I personally don't think it'd be as good as they were before.
I really can't see them doing any wrong. +44 is a great band and, as much as I hate to say it, AvA isn't that bad either. Blink has shown that they can change their sound (their self-titled album) and still sound great. I think this break has been good for them, as they've ventured out musically and if they get back together, that will help them tremendously in creating another awesome Blink album.
There was that interview Tom did with AP.net which made what he was supposed to have done seem much less unreasonable, at the very least. But yeah, I would like to see a reunion. I'm not sure if I can see them developing much further than they did with their last album though. Maybe having been in different bands since would aid that.
Although I'd like a reunion and see what would come out of it, I think Tom's just wanting to get back because AAA is not as succesfull as he wanted it to be and he understood he was only one third (fourth?) of Blink.

Before ANYONE says that Tom is an egotestical prick for leaving Blink, read that interview, I was a skeptic at first about him but I hold nothing against him after reading it.
If toms as commited to AVA as he says i dont think it'll be for a while, i'll be gutted if Angels and Airwaves split
I think it's far too early to think about a blink reunion. They'll all be aware of what happened to cause the break up and will be uneasy about starting the band up incase it happens again.
Not trying to sound rude, but I love how fans always read one side of the story, or read rumors and automatically blame things on any one individual. If you're not there, it's kind of tough to go on secondhand information and say "this is why this happened." In any event, good for them. Hope it works out.
